About the Project
Ambassadori Batumi Island is a land reclamation project creating two artificial peninsulas and an island off the Batumi coast, spanning 84 hectares in total, 49% of which is set aside for parks and recreational areas. The first phase is a 58-storey tower with a facade by MUA Architecture and interiors by Studio D73.
The apartments range from 37.1–45 m² studios to one- and two-bedroom layouts up to 109 m². The tower's roof houses a helipad and an infinity pool with panoramic views.
Construction of the first complex began in October 2025.

01
Georgia and the Caucasus's first artificial island — a uniquely positioned asset across the entire region.
02
A yacht club with private berths and a rooftop helipad — premium-level infrastructure.
03
49% of the island is set aside for parks — low building density paired with high view value.
Investment
Its status as Georgia's first artificial island and limited supply make Tower One units a rare asset on the Black Sea coast market.
